Gas-distributing station

The gas distribution station plays an important role by reducing the gas pressure to a level that is necessary and safe for the consumer.

The main functions of the gas distribution station control system:

• remote control of the shut-off valves of the gas distribution station;
• automatic maintenance of the pressure and temperature of the gas at the outlet of the gas distribution station at a given level;
• automatic redistribution of gas flow between the reduction lines according to the specified settings;
• implementation of the algorithm for emergency shutdown of the gas distribution station;
• data exchange with gas flow metering units and gas odorization units.

Also, as a subsystem operating in parallel with the GDS reduction lines, we offer the development and implementation of control systems for utilization turbo-expander units and the configuration of their joint operation with the GDS ACS. Similar units manufactured by PJSC Turbogaz with a capacity of 4.5 MW were successfully implemented at the Severodonetsk GDS and the Zaporozhye GDS.

Waste-to-energy turbo-expander units are also used at thermal power plants, in particular, our specialists have developed and implemented a number of control systems for 5 MW turbo-expanders manufactured by PJSC Krivoy Rog Turbine Plant “Konstar” at the Syrdarya and Talimarjan TPPs.
