PLC and HMI update

Having extensive experience working with GE Automation & Controls (formerly GE Fanuc) software and hardware, and also taking into account the large base of equipment installed in Ukraine, operating under the control of Series 90-30 and Series 90-70 PLCs that have already been discontinued, our company offers services for upgrading the above-mentioned control systems to new PLC lines and visualization and control software (SCADA).

In addition to the 90-30 and 90-70 series PLCs, the upgrade may also include the VersaMax and VersaMax Micro series PLCs, as well as the QuickPanel View series operator panels.

The modernization service package includes:

• Data collection (audit) of the existing control system
• Hardware configuration and software analysis
• Development of a new hardware and software structure
• Supply of the necessary equipment and software licenses
• Conversion of PLC software (LogicMaster, VersaPro) to the Proficy Machine Edition environment
• Adaptation and testing of PLC software for the new RX3i series PLC
• Conversion of the visualization project of old versions of Proficy HMI/SCADA CIMPLICITY to the latest version
• Adaptation and testing of the new Proficy HMI/SCADA CIMPLICITY visualization project paired with the new RX3i series PLC project
• Dismantling of existing GE Fanuc automation equipment
• Installation and commissioning of updated GE Automation & Controls automation equipment
• Warranty and post-warranty maintenance of the control system
